Rosemary - Cheddar Potato Gratin

This is a recipe that Bob claims is the best thing I have ever made. I really like to use this recipe as a base and play around with it (see some variations listed below the directions).  

Chocolate-Expresso Chili

This is a hearty soup, and can also be used as a sauce. I serve it over vegetable noodles. You could add an additional can of tomatoes to thin it out and make it more soup-like if you prefer. There are some great tools out there to make noodles...I asked for this for Christmas, so fingers crossed I can give you my personal review of it soon! Enjoy : )
